In my role as Marketing Coordinator at Tilemarket, I was responsible for managing and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives that strengthened the brand's visibility and customer engagement, while also supporting day-to-day operations. My responsibilities included:
Campaign Strategy: Developed and executed seasonal sales and promotional campaigns across digital and print channels. This included concept creation, graphic design, copywriting, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and impactful delivery. Assisted in the development and execution of marketing strategies for product launches, partnerships, and promotional events.
YouTube: Editing, motion graphics, and thumbnails. I ensured content aligned with brand guidelines and optimized videos for engagement and visibility, helping grow the channel and strengthen TTFit’s digital presence.
Social Media: Managed Instagram and Facebook content, combining branded visuals, real-time updates, and user-generated content (UGC) to increase reach and authenticity. Collaborated with local players to create training content and boost engagement within the community.
Email Marketing: Designed and executed targeted email campaigns via Mailchimp. Used A/B testing and performance analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness.
Graphic Design: Created branded assets for digital advertising, including Facebook and Instagram ads, ensuring consistency with the company’s tone and visual language. Produced marketing materials such as brochures, signage, apparel designs, and eBooks for clients and internal use. Maintained brand guidelines and ensured cohesive design across all marketing touchpoints.
Reporting: Analysed performance metrics for digital campaigns and contributed to optimization strategies.
While at TTFit, I contributed to the UI/UX design of the website and mobile apps, working closely with the developer to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhanced the overall user experience. I helped improve navigation, layout consistency, and visual hierarchy across digital platforms. In addition, I designed branded merchandise such as apparel, water bottles, and gym accessories—ensuring all items reflected TTFit’s identity and appealed to the fitness community, both for internal use and client giveaways.
