









In my role as Marketing Coordinator at Tilemarket, I was responsible for managing and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives that strengthened the brand's visibility and customer engagement, while also supporting day-to-day operations. My responsibilities included:
Customer Service: Acted as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, over the phone and online, providing product guidance, order support, sample order creation and after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Sample Campaign: Planned and delivered a successful nationwide tile sample campaign, coordinating logistics, designing branded packaging, and integrating a follow-up strategy to convert leads into sales.
Campaign Strategy: Developed and executed seasonal sales and promotional campaigns across digital and print channels. This included concept creation, graphic design, copywriting, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
YouTube: Launched and managed the Tilemarket YouTube channel, filming, editing, and publishing over 90 product showcase videos to support SEO, customer education, and drive website traffic.
Social Media: Managed Instagram and Facebook content, combining branded visuals, real-time updates, and user-generated content (UGC) to increase reach and authenticity. Collaborated with local micro and organic influencers to generate lifestyle content and boost engagement within the community.
Email Marketing: Designed and executed targeted email campaigns via Mailchimp, incorporating UGC and promotional content to improve open and click-through rates. Used A/B testing and performance analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness.













Influencer Management


While working at Tilemarket, I developed and managed collaborations with Irish micro and organic influencers to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. We supplied gifted products in exchange for authentic, lifestyle-driven content across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and YouTube. I was responsible for identifying suitable influencers whose personal style and audience aligned with our brand values, coordinating product gifting, and briefing them on key messaging and campaign goals.
To measure impact, I tracked influencer-specific discount codes and engagement metrics, which allowed us to evaluate performance and customer response. Customers who used influencer discount codes were segmented into a dedicated audience group for retargeting through email marketing and tailored campaigns. This not only strengthened our influencer partnerships but also supported customer retention and conversion strategies.
These collaborations helped build trust with potential buyers, generated a steady stream of user-generated content, and extended our reach to niche audiences in a cost-effective and relatable way.
