In my role as Marketing Coordinator at Carlanto, I was responsible for managing and executing a broad range of marketing initiatives that enhanced brand visibility, improved customer engagement, and supported daily business operations. My responsibilities included:
Customer Service: Acted as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via email, offering product support, sample guidance, and follow-up service to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Advertising: Managed the coordination and rollout of digital 48-sheet billboards, aligning seasonal messaging and visuals with broader campaign goals to maximise reach and local visibility.
Radio Advertising: Coordinated and executed a local radio advertising campaign with CoolFM to support seasonal promotions and increase brand awareness. Worked with internal sales and creative teams to script and schedule ads in line with campaign strategy and timing.
Website Enhancements: Collaborated with the web team to modernise the Carlanto website, focusing on layout improvements, product content updates, and streamlined navigation. These enhancements significantly improved user experience and supported stronger online engagement and conversion.
Email Marketing: Designed and executed targeted email campaigns through Mailchimp, promoting product launches, sales events, and showroom activations. Developed visually engaging templates that aligned with brand identity and tracked performance to inform future campaign strategy.
Merchandising & Print Materials: Designed and produced in-store merchandising materials and price displays to support product promotions. Worked closely with print suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Brand Consistency & Asset Management: Liaised with external suppliers and brand partners to access and curate high-quality photo banks. Used this content to enhance visual consistency across digital channels and elevate the overall customer brand experience.
